Mr. LOCKER-LAMPSONI do not understand my Noble Friend's question. If it refers to direct negotiations between the Italian and Yugo-Slay Governments, both these Governments have expressed the desire to maintain the independence and integrity of Albania. If it refers to His Majesty's Government, we shall, of course, respect the obligations of the Covenant of the League of Nations, of which Albania is a member State.
