Mr. LOCKER-LAMPSONI have no information beyond what was given in the reply returned to the hon. and gallant Member for Central Hull (Lieut.-Commander Kenworthy) on the 16th of March. His Majesty's Ship "Emerald" has been replaced at Wuhu by His Majesty's Ship "Caradoc."
