§ Colonel DAYasked the Minister of Health whether he has received a copy of the Report of the special committee appointed by the board of guardians at the Swaffield Road Institution, Wands-worth, as to the maladministration of the infirmary wards at that institution; and if he will state what action he is taking in the matter?
Mr. CHAMBERLAINI have received a copy of this Report and have also received an application from the Matron of the institution, who has been suspended from duty, for the holding of a public inquiry into the allegations made against her. These documents are now under my consideration.
