§ Major TRYONI cannot, I regret, give the information desired, as there is no classified record of all the applications which for various reasons are not proceeded with. I may add, however, that any case of the kind referred to in the last part of the question would be considered in which connection between the mental condition and the man's war service was clearly shown.
