§ Earl WINTERTONThere is no Act of the Indian Legislature with the title quoted. There are Children Acts of the Madras, Bombay and Bengal Legislatures, one of which, namely, the Bombay Children Act, 1924, belonged to the year named. The action taken on it was explained in the reply given to a similar question by the hon. Member on the 15th November.
