§ Earl WINTERTONIt is understood that the reference is to the Report of the Punjab Provincial Police Committee appointed in November of last year to examine the question of improving the efficiency and integrity of the police force. The Committee have, I understand, recently made several important recom-36W mendations, but I have no information as to the action that will be taken by the Provincial Government.
