§ Major TRYONThis Committee is a statutory body, and fresh appointments have already been made by me to fill the vacancies that occurred. The course suggested by the hon. Member is not, therefore, practicable even if it were desirable, as I pointed out in the answer which I gave to the hon. Member for Barrow-in-Furness on the 10th December last.
