Mr. DAVIDSONThe established men who became redundant at Rosyth and Pembroke Dock were given the option of discharge on compulsory retirement terms, or transfer to other dockyards. There is no power under the Superannuation Acts to allow optional retirement on compulsory retirement terms to men who arc not redundant.
