§ Earl WINTERTONNeither my hon Friend the Member for Wimbledon nor any of the other Members of this House who recently visited India with him was entrusted with any Mission by the Prime Minister or by my noble Friend the Secretary of State. The visit was purely private, and no question arose of charging any part of the cost to Indian revenues.
