- Chesterfield Rural District;
- Sleaford Urban District;
- Kettering Urban District (two deaths);
- Chesterfield Borough;
- Dartford Urban District;
- Middlesbrough County Borough;
- Newcastle-on-Tyne County Borough.
- (a) Hypostatic pneumonia.
- (b) Marasmus.
- (c) Premature birth.
- (d) Chronic nephritis; myocarditis: bronchitis; ascites.
- (e) Broncho-pneumonia.
