§ Mr. McNEILLI much regret the inconvenience to which my hon. Friend refers. There was some delay in printing a fresh supply of the form owing to consideration of points of detail in which it required revision, and the delay was greatly increased by the recent emergency. Adequate supplies are now available and all orders have been cleared.
