§ Mr. R. MCNEILLAdvances made to farmers by the Public Works Loan Commissioners, under the powers conferred by Section 1 of the Agricultural Credits Act, 1923, amount to £3,511,212. In addition, advances amounting to £7,674 have been made by the Minister of Agriculture to agricultural credit societies, under Section 2 of the Act.
