§ Sir L. WORTHINGTON-EVANSIt is contemplated that Tattoos will be arranged in the Aldershot, Eastern, Southern, Northern, Western and Scottish Commands and the Northern Ireland District. The places will be selected by the General Officers Commanding concerned, and all the arrangements will be in their hands. My hon. Friend will understand that the holding of these Tattoos is subject to the general condition that they do not interfere with the requirements of training.
