Mr. GUINNESSNo restriction has been imposed on the export of potatoes from this country. Since 1912, however, the United States of America authorities have refused to allow the importation of potatoes into the United States of America from Great Britain and Ireland in common with certain other countries, on account of the existence of wart disease in these countries.
