Captain BENNasked the Minister of Health whether he will consider some revision of the terms on which means are calculated in assessing old age pension, in view of the fact that under the present system no cognisance is taken of the actual income enjoyed, but only of the capital owned, and that the interest on at least a part of the capital is placed unduly high?
