HC Deb 04 February 1926 vol 191 c340W
Sir F. HALL

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he has received evidence that the Soviet Government in China and elsewhere are not observing the terms of the Trading Agreement with Great Britain, by which they undertake not to carry on, or support in any way, anti-British propaganda; and whether it is proposed to put an end to the Agreement?

Mr. LOCKER-LAMPSON

The answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative, but I do not think the step suggested would serve the purpose which my hon. and gallant Friend has in mind.
