§ Mr. AMERYThis recommendation of the Sub-Committee of the Imperial Conference on Oversea Settlement is receiving consideration. In the case of New Zealand, the outlines of a scheme to give effect to the recommendation have already been agreed upon.

PENNEFATHERasked the Secretary of State for Dominion Affairs if he can give figures illustrating the acceleration of the redistribution of population as between Great Britain, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, which the Imperial Conference noted with satisfaction as having resulted from the acceptance of the policy contained in the Resolution of the Conference of Prime Ministers in 1921?
