§ Mr. BETTERTONMiners who are not re-engaged will cease to be disqualified for benefit under the trade dispute provision when the stoppage of work due to the dispute at the colliery at which they were employed has ended. The precise date of the ending of the stoppage, and the question whether the other conditions for benefit are fulfilled, are 1927W matters for determination by the statutory authorities in the light of the actual circumstances of each particular case.
