§ Mr. BRIDGEMANThe Navy, Army and Air Force Institute's Canteen at Royal Naval Hospital, Plymouth, is a combined one for sick berth staff and for patients. There is no separate canteen for patients, but the rebate on their purchases is kept distinct from that of the sick berth staff fund and forms the patients' canteen fund. The canteen has a canteen committee, with the Surgeon Rear-Admiral as president, and the members of this committee are elected by the sick berth staff.
