asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer the net receipts for liquor licence duties in Great Britain for the year 1925–26 in respect of manufacturers (brewers, distillers and others); dealers; retailers (spirits, on and off; beer, eider, and perry, on and off; passenger vessels and railway restaurant cars; occasional)?

The net receipts from liquor licence duties for the year 1925–26 in Great Britain were as follows:

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer the net receipts of 1922, 1923, 1924 and 1925, and the total revenue obtained from Customs and Excise duties on spirits, wine and beer in 1913, 1920, 1921, 1922, 1923, 1924 and 1926?

The quantities of wine, spirits and beer retained for home consumption in each of the calendar years 1913, and 1920 to 1925 (inclusive), together with the net amount of revenue derived from the duties on these articles in the same years were as follow:
