§ Mr. BUCHANANasked the Secretary of State far Scotland whether he is aware of the fact that many farm servants in the North of Scotland were unable to vote at the last General Election in consequence of their employers failing to fill up the necessary forms of registration; and, if so, whether he proposes to take any action in the matter of improving the facilities for enfranchising farm servants in future?
