§ Lieut.-Colonel ASHLEYThe construction of a bridge necessarily involves lengthy consultation between the highway authority and the railway company before all the details can be satisfactorily agreed. I cannot provide a record of the movements of the many different drawings, but have no reason to suppose that any unnecessary delay has occurred. As1410W I understand that the negotiations in this case are nearing completion no intervention on my part appears necessary.
