§ Sir W. JOYNSON-HICKSOn the question of night baking, I would refer the hon. Member to the reply I gave on Thursday last to the hon. Member for Govan (Mr. Maclean). As regards the weekly rest in glassworks, I would refer him to the Report of the British Delegates, which is mentioned in that reply. The proposed Convention was not adopted by the Conference, the necessary two-thirds majority required by the Treaty not having been obtained. It is not proposed to introduce legislation on either subject.
