§ Colonel LANE-FOXI have no evidence that coal that costs only 10s.-15s. a ton is being sold at 42s. a ton retail. The question of retail distribution of coal will, I understand, be investigated by the Royal Commission on the Coal Industry, and until they have done so it will be difficult to take any such action as is suggested in the question.
