§ Mr. MACQUISTENasked the Secretary for Scotland if the recommendation of Lord MacKenzie's Trawling Committee's Report of last year, that a scheme of pensions or superannuation for the officers and men of the Scottish Fishery Board would be to the advantage of the service, has been considered; and, if not, will he take. an early opportunity of considering it, in view of the fact that the officers and crews have been waiting for two years in expectation of such a scheme?
