Mr. FOOT MITCHELLasked the President of the Board of Education whether he has received any appeals to permit the marking of the rolls at the commencement of the school business in rural schools half-an-hour later during the months that summer time is in force; and whether, seeing that this system is satisfactorily working in Northern Ireland, he, will give it favourable consideration?
