Dr. LITTLEasked the President of the Board of Education whether, in view of the fact that the issue of the Report of the Departmental Committee on the training of teachers has been postponed time after time (during three Administrations), he is now able to state what the Board of Education propose to do respecting the acting teachers' certificate examination; and whether' he is aware that a very large number of uncertificated teachers are anxiously awaiting the decision of the Board with regard to the date of the next acting teachers' certificate examination?
