Mr. LOCKER-LAMPSONThere are 10 kiosks in the Royal Parks for the sale of refreshments, and four for the sale of newspapers, tobacco, sweets, etc.; for the privilege of using these kiosks tenders are invited from time to time, as a result of which licences are granted; the total revenue from all the licences during the last completed year amounted to £5,218.
