§ Colonel ASHLEYThe Railway Rates Tribunal, established under the provisions of the Railways Act, 1921, as the authority for dealing with railway companies' charges, have recently approved the railway companies' proposal, of which public notice was given, that half-fares 961W should be restricted to children of three years of age and under 12 years of age. I am not prepared to introduce legislation to override the decision of the tribunal.
