§ Lord E. PERCYI am aware of the position as stated in the first two parts of the question. As regards the rest of the question, I have received proposals from the managers of both schools for dealing with the matter, and I have asked for further particulars, including plans, with regard to these proposals. On the receipt of these particulars, the matter will receive the immediate consideration of my Department, and I can assure the hon. Member that a decision will be taken at the earliest possible moment.
