WOODIt is not proposed to ask Parliament to postpone further the operation of the Milk and Dairies (Consolidation) Act, 1915, which, under the provisions of the Act of 1922, will come into operation on 1st September next. The other Act named in the question is not a temporary; Measure and will continue in force.
