§ Mr. BARNESasked the Minister of Transport whether he is aware that much delay to vehicular and pedestrian traffic is caused at Manor Way, North Woolwich, owing to the Port of London Authority using man-power to haul water-borne traffic through the cuttings at Manor Way and King George's Dock; and whether he will make representations to the Port of London Authority to use the more up-to-date method of power haulage to lessen these delays?
