§ Mr. DUCKWORTHasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether, when the coming International Conference is held in China, more especially as regards the increase of Customs and internal transit, due arrangements will be made to ensure the attachment to the British delegation of some expert able to speak with authority on the Lancashire cotton trade?
Mr. CHAMBERLAINI cannot yet say how the British delegation will be composed, but care will be taken to ensure that the views of the British interests concerned are taken into due account in the consideration of the commercial questions which will arise.
