§ Colonel ASHLEYThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. I would remind the hon. Member that the issue of excursion tickets at reduced rates is a voluntary concession on the part of the railway companies and, in the circumstances, I do not see my way to promote legislation as suggested.
