BAKERasked the Minister of Transport whether he is aware of the inconvenience which is caused by the method of running the service of trains on the Inner Circle on Sunday mornings between 8 and 9 a.m.; whether he is aware that at this time passengers from Victoria to Paddington have to change at South Kensington and that, after a long wait at Victoria, it frequently happens that the Inner Circle train leaves as the connecting train enters South Kensington station; and whether he will make the necessary representations to the company?
