Mr. WOODI will certainly consider my hon. and gallant Friend's suggestion; but while I fully share his desire to extend ownership among statutory smallholders, I am not satisfied that any useful purpose54W would be served at the present moment by a further distribution of the leaflet referred to, which was extensively circulated in 1920.
