§ Sir K. WOODMy right, hon. Friend is aware of the difficulty to which the hon. Member refers as regards one provision of the Vagrancy Order, and his officers are endeavouring to secure such a general compliance with the Order as will remove the hesitation felt in some quarters as to the results of impartial application of it.
