§ Colonel DAYasked the Home Secretary if his attention has been drawn to the evidence given at the inquest on the victims of the Dolgarrog Dam disaster, especially in regard to the allegations as to the defective concrete foundations, and the recommendation of the jury in this regard; and will he state what steps are proposed to be taken in this matter?
