§ Sir J. GILMOURI would refer to the reply which I gave to the hon. and gallant Baronet's question on Tuesday last to which I cannot at present add materially. Consideration of various matters referred to in the Report of the agricultural conference is in progress and I hope to have an opportunity of making a statement when conclusions have been reached.
