§ Colonel ASHLEYI am aware that certain improvement schemes on main roads are being held over, owing to the fact that the sums available for grants from the Road Fund towards such purposes have been fully allocated for the current financial year. I am not in a position to give the specific particulars mentioned in the second part of the question.
