§ Mr. BURMANasked the Minister of Transport what action he is taking, if any, regarding the question of motor head light glare?
§ Colonel ASHLEY:As I have stated in answer to previous questions, it is hoped in the Road Vehicles Bill, referred to in the Gracious Speech from the Throne, to deal, among other things, with the lighting of road vehicles and to seek additional powers of regulation. Until some such additional powers have been obtained, I am not in a position to take any effective action with regard to motor head lights.
