§ Sir K. WOODMy right hon. Friend has already taken steps to direct the attention of guardians to the consideration of the present provision for casuals and to the improvements which may be required in regard to sleeping provision and other matters and has sent my hon. and gallant Friend a copy of the Circular and Order which he has just issued. He does not think that he can take any further action at the moment.
