Mr. GUINNESSThe number of officials now employed in the Valuation Office, including clerks, is 827. The office performs a variety of valuation duties both for Revenue and for other Government purposes; these functions are detailed in Command Paper 918 of 1920. The estimated cost for the year 1925–26 is £369,764.
