§ Mr. TREVELYANI have been asked to reply to this question. As I have already explained, the question of making arrangements which will bring these centres within the scope of the Vote of the Board of Education is one which I am discussing with my right hon. Friend the Minister of Labour, but I am not in a position to commit the Government on the matter.
