Mr. WEBBIn so far as claims were admitted for consideration and decided by the Royal Commission on Compensation for Suffering and Damage by Enemy Action in connection with the £5,000,000, they are excluded from further consideration. Only claims which have fallen into the belated category will be considered in connection with the £300,000 to be provided for solatia to belated claimants.
