§ The PRIME MINISTERI have seen reports in the Press that a Bill, of the nature indicated in the first part of the question, has passed through Congress. As regards the second part of the question, I regret that in view of the exceptional pressure of business at the moment it is not yet possible to fix a definite date for the introduction of the Boxer Indemnity Bill, but I can assure the hon. Member that the Government are anxious to make arrangements for its passage at the earliest possible opportunity.
