§ Mr. BUXTONNo advances to co-operative agricultural undertakings have yet been made, but a number of applications are under consideration. I would remind the hon. and gallant Member that the scheme was not announced until 28th February last, and some little time must be expected to elapse before the necessary arrangements can be made both by the Government and the agricultural industry for the scheme to come fully into operation.
