§ Mr. BAKERasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, in view of the proposed reduction in the Entertainments Duty, he will state what steps he has taken to ensure that the whole benefit of the reduction shall accrue to the public?
Mr. GRAHAMBefore making his Budget proposals, my right hon. Friend obtained an undertaking from a representative deputation of the entertainments trade that if the Entertainments Duty were reduced, the public would get the benefit.
