Mr. GREENWOODBuildings containing 72 tenements are nearing completion, and approval has been given to the erection of 138 further tenement dwellings. Plans of new buildings require the approval of the district council under bye-laws, and this approval has been given in the case of the 72 dwellings which are under construction. My right hon. Friend has not received any representations in the sense of the last part of the question.
