§ Mr. HARTSHORNThe estimated revenue and expenditure for the Post 257W Office telegraph services for the current financial year, 1924–25, are as follow:
Revenue £5,527,000 Expenditure (including interest on capital and depreciation) £6,886,000 Deficit £1,359,000 These figures include no provision for contingent liabilities resulting from the judgment of the House of Lords on the "Sutton" case in respect of war bonus payable to mobilised Post Office servants.
